Inchelium Red

A Softneck variety from the Artichoke family.  This garlic was discovered at the Colville Indian Reservation in Northern Washington State.  It possesses a mild/medium flavor.  This one has been a favorite of local restaurants for fresh garlic fries!  Stores for 6-9 months and produces on average 10-20 cloves per bulb. Oregon Blue

Artichoke Softneck-  Mild flavor, great raw.  People like this one in salads and salsa's.   Bulbs that usually have a light purple/blue tint.  This variety originated here in Northwest, although not much is known about it's history.  Stores well, 6-7 mos. Garlic Scapes

Scapes are the flower bud portion of Hardneck garlic.  They are trimmed, almost resembling a green onion,  in late spring to early summer to encourage bulb growth in the garlic plant.  Scapes taste just like garlic, but milder in flavor.  They can be used in pesto, salads, pasta, soups, or whatever you would normally use garlic in.  They can even be pickled.....$3.50/lb.   Local only..no shipping  as of yet. --SOLD OUT

French Grey Shallot

French Grey shallots are a "true" shallot..meaning they are never grown from seed, but propagated from sets only.  They have a hard grey skin, tender white/purple inside, and a more elongated tip and slender clove.  They possess a rich smell and hold a milder flavor.  Plant in late fall/early winter and harvest the following summer.  Typically store 3-4 mos.  Average harvest is 35cloves/lb.  $14/lb  COMING IN 2019
